Turf Fertilization
- Serviced on a 6-week cycle
- Each season, the chemicals change due to the varying temperatures
- Year-round service is recommended to provide the quality care for your yard in all stages of life!
- Includes weed control, pre-emergent and bug treatment year-round
- Fleas, sob webworms and chinch bug treatments are available
Pest Control
- Includes: ALL general house pests (GHP) except termites, German cockroaches, ants of any kind, bees and sink flies.
- The first treatment will be serviced inside the home
- All remaining services will take place along the outside border and soffit areas of the home.
Termite
- The first service will consist of a Termador treatment
- Termador is a liquid product that is injected around the entire home to create an invisible barrier to keep termites out
- After the initial treatment, you will have a yearly house inspection to maintain retreat warranty
- The Termador treatment provides coverage for a life span of 6 years, after which a new application will be done
